Why do we age

Why do we age?
There are many reasons why we age, but the
main reasons are:
* At a cellular level our bodies lose the capacity
to produce energy. Without energy our
body can´t function properly.

* We are intoxicated by:
 Neurotoxins
Toxins from out of the body , bad food, water, air, heavy metals, etc
Homotoxins
Toxins produced by the body
* Mitocondrias,- the power plant of the cellare
damaged and no longer produce energy
.
* Oxidative Stress, produces free radicals and
damages the cells
* Diminishing of Glutatione, the main natural
antioxidant produced by the human body.
* Mitochondrial decay may also result in energy
deficits and an inability to dispose of
toxins from the environment and may cause
cells to die prematurely.
Results lead to the
conclusion that mitochondria can be called
the "Achilles Heel" of the cell in terms of
aging.
